1. About Altiora
This website is operated by Altiora Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius under Business Registration Number C26232037, with its business address at Saint Pierre, Moka, Mauritius.
In these Terms, “Altiora”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Altiora Ltd. “User”, “customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person or organisation accessing this website, purchasing a digital product or requesting a professional service.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you purchase on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Digital Products
Altiora provides professional digital resources, including HR libraries, editable templates, forms, spreadsheets, guides, procedures and business tools.
Product descriptions indicate the principal contents and available file formats. Images and mock-ups are for presentation purposes and may not display every individual file included.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible software and equipment to open, edit and store the purchased files.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment. Access may be provided through the order-confirmation page, confirmation email, customer account or another secure delivery method.
No physical item will be delivered. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and securely downloading and storing their files.
If a download link or file does not work correctly, please contact us at altiora.support@gmail.com.
5. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants the purchasing person or organisation a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download, customise and use the product for its own internal business purposes.
The purchasing organisation may adapt the materials to its structure, branding, policies and operational requirements.
Customers may not:
-
Resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially reproduce the product;
-
Share the files with another organisation or an unauthorised third party;
-
Upload the files to a public website, shared library, marketplace or file-sharing platform;
-
Remove copyright or ownership notices;
-
Claim the original materials as their own intellectual property; or
-
Use the product to create a competing template library or digital product for sale.
6. Professional Templates and Legal Disclaimer
Altiora’s HR resources are professional templates and general reference materials. They are not legal advice and do not replace organisation-specific policies, professional advice or applicable employment legislation.
Customers must review and customise the resources before use, taking account of their organisational structure, operational requirements, internal policies and applicable laws.
Altiora does not guarantee that an unmodified template will satisfy every legal, regulatory or operational requirement in a particular country or organisation.
7. AI and Business Tools
AI-related and business-growth resources are intended to support planning, organisation, analysis and decision-making. Results depend on the information supplied, the customer’s circumstances and the way the resources are implemented.
Altiora does not guarantee specific financial, commercial, operational or business outcomes.
8. Professional Services
Professional services are provided according to the agreed scope, fees, timeline and responsibilities stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, service agreement or schedule of work.
Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will prevail if it conflicts with these general Terms.
Any government, authority, platform or third-party fees are separate from Altiora’s professional fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Prices and Payment
Digital-product prices are generally displayed in United States dollars (USD). Professional-service fees may be displayed or quoted in Mauritian rupees (MUR).
Prices, promotional offers and product availability may change. The applicable price is the price displayed and accepted at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Altiora does not directly store complete payment-card details.
10. Refunds and Technical Issues
Because digital products are made available electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If a file is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, please contact us within seven calendar days of purchase. We will investigate and may provide a replacement file, technical assistance or another appropriate remedy.
Requests made before a product has been accessed or downloaded may be considered individually. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity conducted through their accounts.
Information supplied during registration or checkout must be accurate and current. Altiora may restrict or suspend an account where there is suspected fraud, unauthorised sharing, misuse or a breach of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The website, product designs, written materials, templates, branding, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to Altiora Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Customers receive only the usage rights expressly described in these Terms.
13. Website Availability and Third-Party Services
We take reasonable steps to keep the website and digital delivery functions available. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The website may depend on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery and file distribution. Altiora is not responsible for temporary interruption caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control but will take reasonable steps to assist affected customers.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Altiora will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use, misuse or inability to use the website, digital products or professional resources.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing, customising and implementing purchased materials and for decisions made using them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Privacy
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, website operations or legal obligations. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mauritius, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
